Which shipping companies do you ship with?

We send the products you buy via UPS, DHL, Aras Cargo, Yurtiçi Cargo and PTT. It is used in many cases by different companies.

How do I get the shipping tracking code of the products I ordered?

All your tracking codes will be sent to you via e-mail. If it has not been delivered as a result of a technical failure, you can contact us on our contact page.

How can I return it?

You can return or exchange the products you have purchased by stating the reason within 14 days from the date of delivery without damaging the packaging and resellability.
Otherwise, the product you send will not be accepted by us.

Stage 1:

Stage 2:


According to the response from the mail, the product to be returned or exchanged must be delivered completely and undamaged, together with the invoice, box, packaging and standard gift, if any. The address for delivery and the cargo to which it will be delivered will be specified in the e-mail. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.


Stage 3:


While sending the product to our address with the courier company, the original box should be kept in such a way that it will not be damaged.

Stage 4:

Returns will be made within five (5) business days of receipt of the product's original box and receipt.

How soon will I have it?

Unless otherwise stated, orders placed after 14:00 on the same day will be shipped the next day.

Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped within the first business day.

How will my refund be made?

Refunds will be made to your credit card/debit card within 5 days. The reflection of the refund will be reflected depending on the policies of the institution from which you received your card. After the return confirmation information is given, you can contact your bank.

Where else can I find your products?

You can find our products in our trendyol store other than our website. We are doing our work with the hope of being on other platforms and stores in line with your demands very soon.

Do you ship abroad?

Plantzen.com only delivers within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye. Studies on sending abroad are ongoing.
